The Arc Dome Wilderness comprises of the southern third of
the Toiyabe Range, which is a rugged spine of mountains in
central Nevada with difficult access. It contains the area's
highest summits and much of the Wilderness lies above 10,000 feet. However
it's Arc Dome, at 11,775 feet, that dominates the landscape.
